Who we are

Energyprojectline FZE LLC ("EPL") is a UAE free-zone company licensed for technical testing and analysis (activity 7120). EPL is the data controller for personal data processed on this platform.

What we process and why

For NDT specialists: name, contact details, certifications, freelance permit details and uploaded certificate documents — processed solely for competency verification and inspection service assignment. Specialist identities are never disclosed to clients; clients see anonymized competency profiles only. We deliberately do not collect passports or Emirates ID documents.

For clients: company details, contact name and email — processed to manage service orders and delivery.

Retention and deletion

You may request account deletion at any time. Personal data is purged; service order and audit records are retained with the specialist reference replaced by an anonymous public code, as required for quality and legal compliance.

Storage and security

Data is stored in the EU (Frankfurt region). Certificate documents are kept in private storage, accessible only via short-lived signed links, with every access recorded in an audit log.
