Service model

Clients purchase inspection services from Energyprojectline FZE LLC ("EPL"). All inspections are performed under EPL's technical testing and analysis licence by specialists engaged by EPL as subcontractors. Clients do not engage, select or contract individual technicians through this platform.

Service orders

A service order becomes binding when accepted by EPL. Scope, location and schedule are as recorded in the order. Quotations, invoicing and reporting are handled by EPL directly in Phase 1.

Specialists

Specialists act as independent subcontractors to EPL. Certification and permit evidence must be current and truthful; EPL verifies documents before any assignment.

Confidentiality

Specialist identities are not disclosed to clients. Client identity is disclosed to the assigned specialist only when required for site access and only after EPL approval.
